9th Anniversary - PNW DIPA (8.4%)

To celebrate nine years, and with the capacity to brew more kinds of beer than ever, we are excited to introduce the first Pacific Northwest Double IPA we've ever made! Brewed with a simple yet flavorful malt base, we combined Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin at 6 lbs per barrel to showcase the beauty and quality of PNW grown ingredients. This IPA is assertively hoppy, yet incredibly balanced, boasting bold notes of dried orange, honeycombs, sappy pine, and subtle tropical fruits, with a luxurious texture and dry finish. It is a delight to find ourselves continuing to explore beer styles after nine years in the same ways that we all continue to explore new ways to make an impact in Missoula, Montana, and beyond.
