Hyperspace - Mango Milkshake NEIPA (6.2%)

Hyperspace is our Milkshake NEIPA series showcasing different fruit and hop pairings with lactose, and the first of its kind in Montana. Our goal with this style has always been to carefully select a blend of hops that contribute most of the desired fruit notes, before adding a tasteful amount of puree to round out the profile. This edition is hopped with Citra and Mosaic before being conditioned on a touch of real mango puree to accentuate, not usurp, the tropical fruit and citrus notes from the hops. It is full bodied and creamy, with a decadent effervescence to accompany the extremely juicy flavors.
