Joy Awakened - Kolsch (4.8%)

Joy Awakened is a nod to the great Albert Einstein and is brewed scrupulously with adherence to the German beer purity law, Reinheitsgebot and inspired by the wonderfully quaffable ales of Cologne Germany. Starting with specialty Cologne barley as the base, we then layered in German tradition hops before fermenting low and slow with German Ale yeast. Joy Awakened presents a bright golden hue, with soft malty flavors of honeyed toast and bread crust, with a delicate fruity yeast and hop notes that make this beer as delightful as it is simple.
