Lupujus 9 - New England Style Triple India Pale Ale (9%)

Lupujus 9 was originally brewed for our fifth anniversary way back in 2020. Originally intended to be a one-off, it was re-brewed for the sixth anniversary due to popular demand, but not again since. Our brewers had a blast dusting off and revamping the old recipe, making process and recipe improvements. We are incredibly pleased to release, for the third time, Lupujus 9! Brewed with American Pilsner malt and piles of oats and wheat for a full and fluffy base, we then crammed in 8 lbs per barrel of our six favorite American hop varietals. Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, El Dorado, Idaho 7, and Strata contribute a broad spectrum of tropical, stone fruit, citrus, and resinous flavors and aromas that erupt from the glass and dance harmoniously on the palate.
