One Big World - Red IPA (6.5%)

One Big World Red IPA is our way of celebrating the changing of seasons. Starting with a rich base of high quality English base malts, caramel malts, and dark malts before a generous hopping of Mosaic and Simcoe at 5 lbs per barrel. One Big World pours a deep red hue into the glass with a luscious off-white head, emanating flavors and aromas of candied orange, sweet ruby red grapefruit, caramel toffee chews, dried apricot, and gentle notes of a fruity light roast cold brewed coffee. This beer is meant to help bridge the gap into the cold season; best enjoyed while admiring the autumn colors and anticipating an adventurous winter with friends and family.
