This beautifully radiant beer boasts a powerhouse ensemble of New Zealand hops atop our lightest and palest, yet still juicy base. Utilizing generous amounts of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and the new Nectaron hop, we sense an eclectic and incredibly compelling palate of exotic flavors and aromas that highlights why these hops are so sought after. Sum Of Light pours an opaque yellow, with an eruption of passion fruit, lime, pineapple, peach, and gooseberry notes - much akin to the fruity profile of Sauvignon Blanc wine from the same region the hops were grown.
